ED'HAIR is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the BIOPROF website, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods. to the specifications published on the site, or for any other fact not directly attributable to ED'HAIR.
The information relating to the products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, the complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed. Bioprof reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, images even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability
Since access and the possibility of placing an order online modify the availability of the product in real time, BIOPROF does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.

Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with a charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were shipped carriage forward, upon the customer's indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by email or registered A / R, to ED'HAIR. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by email ( or registered letter with return receipt. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (online) or by telephone. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming that the order has been placed, by e-mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or shortage of product.
Multiple orders placed separately will not be merged into a single shipment; if you want to buy more than one item you have to do it with a single order.
Please note that for all orders received from 13.00 onwards, the processing of the package within the same day is not guaranteed.

Order Changes and Cancellation Requests
We use express couriers, this means that we cannot make changes once the order has been sent (change delivery address, payment method, products purchased, etc.). You have only 1 day from the moment you confirmed and sent the order to notify us of any changes to be made.
The order can be canceled if, at the time of the cancellation request, it is still being prepared; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer. It is advisable to contact customer service by phone, for immediate confirmation.
If at the time of the request for cancellation of the order, the same is already entrusted to the courier, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods at his own expense to ED's HAIR, via colombo 39, Gorgonzola (MI), ITALY.
All prices entered on the site, in the relative column, are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
The goods supplied must be paid in advance by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Various conditions must be agreed in writing with ED'HAIR.

Returns and Refunds
BIOPROF's goal is to always guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every purchase made. Pursuant to Article 52 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Once BIOPROF receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to the following address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products: a communication containing:
the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal;
the order number to be refunded;
data relating to the customer's bank account, only if the customer has made the payment by bank transfer.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that do not lend themselves to being replaced for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, the returned products must be: properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation; cosmetic products must not be opened or used, without obvious signs of use. That is, they must not bear traces of any type of use and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.
Important notes
The transport costs for the return of the products and the responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipment, as required by law, are charged to the customer. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, BIOPROF will notify the customer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

In the event of an error in the order or shipment, it is possible to request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product received does not conform to the one ordered, it is possible to request a free exchange with the desired product, or something else of the same amount. The product sent incorrectly will be collected at the expense of ED's HAIR by the courier in charge of GLS. The customer must make a request by email to, prepare the product to be returned with a package, intact and well packed, and indicate:
  • the place of collection of the products to be returned;
date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection.
Please note that the collection can only be scheduled once. In case of unsuccessful collection, the shipment for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer. If the product received is damaged or defective (e.g. broken bottle and leaked product), you can request a new free shipment of the same product, or another one of the same amount. Photographic evidence of damage will be required for insurance purposes. Partial refunds or discount coupons may also be offered. In case of refusal at the time of delivery for an order correctly processed and already paid, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.
BIOPROF does not grant refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the customer experiences an allergic reaction from the use of the product, we invite him to stop using it immediately. BIOPROF is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by the products as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which he is allergic.
